With over 13 new features, DacEasy for Windows v15 is packed with time saving features that will make your day run smoother.
There are two BIG features that everyone has been asking for, and now you have them! One of the biggest feature DacEasy added is EMAILING!!! Yep, we can now Email anything directly from DacEasy. Better yet, you can send a batch of invoices or statements with one click on the button. So for those of you who have asked for an easy way to email invoices or PO’s, you now have it.
Another huge feature added to DacEasy is Graphical Forms. So now you can design your own forms within DacEasy without having to purchase a third-party program. Design your forms with your logo, lines, boxes even circles.
Add color and make it really stand out. However the only thing that is still not completely configurable are the fields, those still print based on the font and color selected in the printer disposition screen. Let’s run down all the new features DacEasy v15 as to offer when it’s released.
SPEED • Save Report Parameters – Now when you go print a report, DacEasy will remember the settings you used last time the report was ran. So if you always print your AR Agings by Customer Name instead of Code, set it once and it will always be that way. • E-Mail Reports and Forms – Emailing is now an option when you print within DacEasy. Email anything you want like Invoices, Journals or whatever. Best part is when you invoice a form like an invoice, it will automatically grab the email address of the customer/vendor that the form is tied to! To make life even easier for you, you can now email all your statements at one time!
This features is HUGE! • Customizable Lookups – Your F5 key will never be the same with this feature. You can now add and/or remove fields from any F5 lookup, or even change the order of the fields on the lookup if you like. Wish you had a field that’s not there, no problem! Just modify the lookup and add the field. • Un-posted Transaction Indicator – OK it’s month end time and you can’t close the GL because some transactions are not posted.
